Deep Sea Fishing Pensacola Fishing Report – Inshore Fishing Pensacola Fishing Report Week Ending 05/24/2026 – Variety Week!
We got 1 opportunity to get offshore in Federal Waters this week fishing 100′- 150′. We had lots of action on cutbait and artificials. Vermilion snapper are dependable catches. We boated a 19 1/2″ beeliner, one of the largest we’ve ever pulled in. We picked up red porgies, lots of triggerfish, a gorgeous sand tilefish and lots of mid sized AJs. We had lots of action on almost every spot we hit. We moved the charter up on the calendar to get it in as offshore conditions remain mostly prohibitive. If you’re interested in an offshore Pensacola fishing charter or deep sea Pensacola fishing charter, give us a call @ 850-525-FISH. We’ll give you the straight story on sea conditions, weather and what’s biting as well as how we are catching them. We like the 6hr Federal charter because it gives our customers opportunity to work on several depth ranges to find the larger more agressive fish. We do offer 5hr State water chartersas well and we’ll show you a good time either way.

Inshore Fishing Charter Pensacola
Eric and I were out running some of the marcsh areas up in Escambia Bay. Again, early morning is the best inshore time. Springtime has the no-see-ums in full bloom. Fortunately we had some wind to kepp them off of us most of the time. We did find specs and saw a few reds but most of the specs have headed south to the Sound. We’ll continue to scout these areas for another month or so until we determine it’s better to look south. If you’re looking for an Inshore charter north of the train trestle on Escambia Bay, pick a day with some wind forecast or bring lots of repelent and face , leg and hand covering. Give us a call @ 850-525-FISH. We’ll give you the straight story on inshore conditions, weather, what’s biting and how we are catching them. While most of the Specs have made their way back down South, a few Flounder can be had on good days up by the river delta. Always consider the bugs when fishing any marshy area in the Spring and Summer seasons.
